At Farmleaf, we strive to offer a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.

1. RETURN POLICY
Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

Unused

In its original condition

In its original packaging

With all tags intact

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to process any return.

How to Return

You can return your item by:

Option A — Self-Ship

You may ship the product back to the address printed on your package.
Please pack the product securely to avoid damage during transit.

Email shipping details (courier name, tracking number) to:

Option B — Reverse Pickup (If available)

For returns where Farmleaf is not at fault (e.g., wrong model ordered, size issues, dislike), a reverse pickup may be arranged for ₹100 (non-refundable).

Returns Due to Manufacturing Defects

If your product arrived damaged or defective:

Share clear images/videos with our support team for verification.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a return option.

In these cases, Farmleaf will reimburse standard courier charges if you self-ship.

2. REFUND POLICY
When You Are Eligible for a Refund

A refund may be requested if:

The product is defective/damaged

The product received is incorrect

The return request is made within 7 days

The item passes our quality check after return

(Note: Change of mind, incorrect selection, or dislike are not eligible for free returns or refunds unless previously approved.)

Refund Method & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

We will email you regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be initiated to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 3–5 business days after approval.

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

Check your bank account again.

Contact your card issuer—processing may take additional time.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

Intimate or sanitary products

Hazardous materials

Flammable liquids or gases

Gift cards

Downloadable digital products

Some personal care items

Products returned after 30 days or not in original condition may only be eligible for partial refunds (if approved).

4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges follow the same process as returns.
Once your return is verified, you may place a new order using store credit or a discount code issued by our support team.

Delivery times for exchanged products may vary based on location.

5. GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of the returned product.

If the gift giver shipped the order to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Farmleaf will never ask for:

Your credit/debit card number

Your OTP

Your CVV

Your online banking passwords

Do not share these details with anyone claiming to represent Farmleaf.
