Our Shipping Philosophy

At Farmleaf, we aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and transparent online shopping experience. We ensure that your order is packaged securely and delivered safely to your doorstep.

Delivery Time

Most orders within India are delivered within 3-5 working days. Deliveries to remote or hard-to-reach locations may take slightly longer.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Sundday).

Shipping Charges

We offer Free Shipping on all orders, including Cash-on-Delivery (COD). There are no hidden fees — the amount shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an SMS and email confirmation with your tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear. You can follow your order’s journey using the courier’s tracking link.

Shipping Confirmation

After placing your order, you’ll first receive an order confirmation email. When your package leaves our distribution center, you’ll get another email with shipping details.

Missing Package

If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received the package, please:

Check with neighbors, family, or your building’s reception/security.

Verify with the courier directly for delivery confirmation.

If you still can’t locate your package, contact us at support@farmleaf.store
 within 48 hours. Please note that Farmleaf is not responsible for lost or stolen items once the courier marks them as delivered.
